The Stable Food Group is building a food innovation platform,
underpinned by Microwave Assisted Thermal Sterilisation (MATS) technology and
capable of producing in excess of 6 million meals per annum at Stage 1.

The Stable Food Group, with Forager Foods, will construct a food manufacturing hub

-- at Forager’s new facility adjacent to the Launceston Airport --

that may include a MATS-B R&D machine, a MATS-45 production machine with

room for a second MATS-45, food preparation, cooking, packaging and storage

to underpin the manufacturing capability.

Incorporated in this platform will be a 'MATS Global Learning Centre'
providing support and training to the global MATS industry, and

a co-manufacturing platform to contract for other brands and potential

licencing from the manufacturer to roll out the equipment globally.
